Session 3 - Persona
The term “public persona” can be described as our character as presented to or perceived by others. We hope the side we show is what the situation warrants. In doing so, it helps us more effectively connect with our audience.
Another way to describe persona is to create a character which provides insight into how to understand our customers. If we want to see the world from a customer’s perspective, creating a persona could help us understand his/her needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals.
