Job Description
Start Now. Play Forever. Ace Pickleball Club, LLC (APC) is a fast-growing indoor pickleball franchise. Each club features between 8-16 courts in a climate-controlled environment.  This new development is set to open in Des Plaines this Fall! 

The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager. This person must be driven, approachable, and detail-oriented. They lead by example, foster a culture of teamwork, and can motivate the team. They inherently place value on knowing people’s names and makes friends without trying. They work to develop the community and foster an optimal playing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club.
  • Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service. Monitor feedback and determine the appropriate plan of action.
  • Plan and execute regular tournaments, league play and other events. Manage all aspects of special events.
  • Train, develop and direct Team Members
  • Follow up on membership inquiries, provide tours and educate about the Ace Pickleball Club experience
  • Manage the inventory, maintenance and other areas of the club, troubleshoot technology and support guests using the in-club tech.
  • Oversee and direct facility maintenance as needed.
  • Build and manage relationships in the local community.
