What You'll Do:
As a Member Services Rep/Teller/Banker, you'll help identify members' financial needs and provide the right solutions. Responsibilities include:
Customer Service & Account Support

Deliver service aligned with our credit union's Service Promises

Meet sales and service goals

Process new accounts (savings, checking, club accounts)

Maintain and update member records (name/address changes, payroll deductions, etc.)
Member Transactions & Requests

Handle walk-in and mailed-in deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals
-
Perform account inquiries and product recommendations
-
Process check orders, wire transfers, stop-payments, and other service needs
Cash Handling & Balancing

Cash checks, verify transactions, and ensure accurate end-of-day balancing

Examine checks for accuracy and apply holds if needed
Floating Teller Duties

Travel to other branches as needed

Provide full teller support at alternate locations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior financial institution experience helpful, but not necessary
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff to maintain a team work environment
- Basic math skills necessary for balancing and cash handling; working knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to communicate well with the members as well as a strong desire to help the members with their financial needs
