D & A Services is a multi-faceted company that is experiencing explosive growth.  We were established in 2010, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients, customers, employees, vendors and partners.  To support our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Executive/Administrative Assistant, who thrives on multitasking, to support our Executive team.

Soft Skills:
  • Proactive approach   Someone who can anticipate the Executives’ needs and take the initiative to solve problems before they arise.
  • Strong Communication skills:   Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:    Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain a structured system for managing information.

  • Adaptability:   Flexibility to handle changing priorities and situations.
  • Discretion and confidentiality:    Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost privacy.

Tech Skills:
  • Strong Tech skills are required. With the ability to learn new software and guide the team on the software.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Outlook, Hub Spot, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong calendar management skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
 
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience supporting an Executive team.  The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, financial services or a heavily regulated industry.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
Candidates will be asked to test to demonstrate their proficiency in software programs, along with a written exercise to demonstrate your written communication skills.
