Are you a Young Professional looking for ways to learn techniques to focus your mind, relax and enjoy the moment? The Des Plaines Art Guild will enlighten you and help you discover the "Zentangle Method” to relaxation. The “Zentangle Method” offers will inspire your creativity with its gentle boundaries and structured patterns. The Zentangle relaxation method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images. In this session, you will learn to create images that will help you experience increased focus, creativity, self-confidence and more.
