Welcome to the Leadership Series:
Presented by Eileen Brown, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Daily Herald, this intriguing presentation will help anyone identify how to use strengths and preferences in decision-making, recognize and rely on strengths of team members to be successful, begin to cultivate non-preferred characteristics and strengths to expand interactions with the world and cultures, seek out personality types who are different to improve workplace success. After this session, there will be a better understanding of one's inherent personality traits to enhance careers and personal lives. Prior to the leadership series day, a personality assessment will be sent out.
