Session 4 - Thinking Outside the Box
Do you ever get stuck when trying to solve a problem or trying to gain a different perspective? “Thinking Outside the Box” may be a cliched metaphor, however, unforeseen benefits may be reaped when we can expand our outlook. Easier said than done! We have innate or “natural” perspectives that we use to conceptualize problems in the same way, over and over again.
Let’s try to think outside the box and find new ways to “see” the world:

- Train ourselves to take a broader perspective, when appropriate
- Adapt our business culture to encourage thinking outside the box
