Winter Leadership Series
Session 1 - Body Language
Our words comprise only a small part of the message we communicate. The remainder of our message is transmitted through our voice and body language. Body language is a form of nonverbal communication. It communicates the majority of the message we deliver. Body language is not entirely universal, but many of its behaviors are common to most cultures. Using and reading body language accurately is part of successful communication whether it be at work or home.
In this session learn to:
Manage your body language
- Read and respond to others’ body language
- Transmit congruency between words and body language
