"Speak So People Listen: Practical Public Speaking for Business Professionals" Presented by Dave Nadolski
Whether you are introducing yourself at a networking event, pitching a service, leading a meeting, speaking to customers, or representing your business in the community, strong communication matters. This interactive workshop is designed to help business professionals become more confident, clear, and effective speakers in everyday professional settings. We will cover the most common fears associated with public speaking, practical ways to manage nerves, and the foundational principles that make a speaker more engaging and memorable.
Participants will learn how to organize their thoughts, connect with an audience, communicate with greater confidence, and avoid some of the most common public speaking mistakes.
The session will also include useful tips and tricks to make presentations feel more natural, polished, and persuasive, with an emphasis on real-world business communication rather than overly formal speechmaking. The tone of the workshop will be upbeat, practical, and approachable, with takeaways that participants can use immediately in meetings, presentations, networking situations, interviews, and community-facing events.
