This 4 week workshop series explores methods to be an effective team member, taking action with effective decision making skills, stress management, motivation and how to have difficult conversations.
Topic: "Taking Action: Effective Decision Making

Effective decision making is the process of making choices.  In this workshop, you will learn best practices to support the process of making the right decision by identifying the decision, gathering information, reviewing alternatives, assessing the situation and reviewing the decision and its consequences for positive results.
