Human Resources Generalist
This position is responsible for providing support to multiple locations (Illinois, Texas, and Florida) in all functional areas of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, engagement, performance management and compliance to federal and state laws.  This is an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting the full cycle Recruitment process
  • Utilize ATS (Paycor) for process enhancements and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.
  • Optimize the HRIS and ensure system is consistently updated
  • Develop and execute new hire on-boarding process
  • Maintain all HR policies and assist in interpretation while ensuring compliance to all governmental requirements and regulations Maintain accurate, organized personnel files
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any issues.
  • Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Three (3) to Six (6) months of Human Resources Support experience - Internships count
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Must possess critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must stay informed of client and regulatory requirements, such as some state laws and client manuals.
  • Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Prior office experience required
