Join us for our:
Young Professionals Network July event -
"An Intro to Wine Tasting" brought to you by UNCORK, UNWIND. Join the DP Young Professionals in JULY and go on a FIELD TRIP to UNCORK, UNWIND in Des Plaines to learn about Wine Tasting basics. This "Intro to WINE TASTING" is presented by owner of UNCORK, UNWIND, Heidi Schmalz. At this meeting you will learn:
- The wine making process
- How to taste wine
- Taking wine notes
- Wine storage and wine fault/flaws
Heidi will present 4 wines to taste and a bit of cheese/charcuterie and some items to pair with the wine & demonstrate how food affects wine. This will be a fun interactive meeting to learn and network with other fantastic Young Professionals from the area. Must be 21 or older to attend this event.
