This 4 week workshop series explores methods to be an effective team member, taking action with effective decision making skills, stress management, motivation and how to have difficult conversations.

"How to be an Effective Team Member"

 
Effective team members need to understand the team’s mission and goals.  In this workshop, you will learn how to maintain direction and focus, communicate constructively with other team members, actively listen and participate, demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment and engage in problem solving processes to achieve the mission and goals set.
